OPPORTUNITY: Adient, formerly known as Johnson Controls, is an American multinational conglomerate producing automotive parts such as batteries and electronics and HVAC equipment for buildings. It employs 170,000 people in more than 1,300 locations across six continents.

We were hired, back in November of 2016, to perform a Section 179 Energy Study and certification of JCI’s 200,000 square foot facility located in Georgia. Our team was able to deliver over $120,000 tax benefit. We are now looking to certify other JCI/Adient plants around the country.

SOLUTION: Our engineering and tax team went to work and completed the study for our new client.
